• Ongoing or recurring services may be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are not applicable for unused hours, expired projects, or third-party costs made on client’s behalf (e.g., hosting, domains, paid ads).
• Billing errors, if any, will be rectified after internal review and approval.

6. Compliance with Laws

Rsinfo Technology operates from India with clients across India and the United States. By using our website, you agree that Indian laws shall govern all matters related to this Agreement, without regard to conflict of law principles. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws while using our services.

7. Free Trial & Discount Offers

Rsinfo Technology may periodically advertise free trials or discounts. The company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or end such offers at any time without prior notice. If you continue to use the service beyond a trial period, regular billing will apply.

9. Termination or Interruption of Service

Rsinfo Technology does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to its website or services. Any dues or payments already made for the ongoing billing cycle will not be refunded, but no further charges will be applied once cancellation is confirmed.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
